Eau Baby is a mom-and-baby boutique in Eau Claire, Wisconsin that started as the vision of local mom Emily Bauer. As a mother of two children who has lived in Eau Claire for over a decade, Emily desired to find a space where local moms could enjoy a fun shopping experience. She noticed the lack of baby boutiques and maternity stores in the area. Hence, she set forth to open Eau Baby to fill the gap in the local retail space.
Eau Baby features items you won’t find at larger retailers like Target and Walmart. This store carries unique, high-quality pieces in various styles and sizes. Eau Baby brings mom-and-baby items to the local Eau Claire area. This store is where moms and moms-to-be can sift through amazing items and find unique pieces that will help them and their babies look their best through all stages and seasons. This is also one of the only local stores to sell preemie, baby, toddler, maternity, and postpartum clothes, all under one roof.

Eau Baby is a mom-and-baby retail space that sells baby clothes (including preemie size!), toddler clothes, maternity clothes, and postpartum clothes – all in one convenient location! This boutique sells specialty lines of infant onesies made from high-quality bamboo and spandex, something the founder, Emily Bauer, wanted to bring to Eau Claire families. Her love of a similar brand, Kyte Baby, inspired her to start her own bamboo line. The Eau Baby clothing is perfect for infants, with built-in mittens and footies that are easy to flip up and down, and items come in various colors and styles.
This boutique carries only specially curated pieces offered in limited quantities. Most items are not restocked, making every shopping experience fun and unique. Eau Baby bamboo items are the only items Emily typically restocks. Maternity and postpartum clothing are cute and functional for a woman’s changing body. These pieces include leggings, postpartum underwear, nursing bras, baby-wearing tops, compression socks, and many more versatile pieces built to last through different stages of pregnancy and motherhood.
