'm so glad you're here! I'm a wife, mom to 6, and 10+ time nationally published photographer. The thing you need to know about me is: I love everything about motherhood.
As a mom of many little ones, and an Eau Claire photographer. I remember "the early fuzzy years" with my babies, and not getting maternity, newborn or annual family portraits is truly one of my biggest regrets. Why didn't I? I had so many things to do with a new baby, (and often another on the way), I could hardly remember my name much less the overwhelming process of pictures!
Well, with all the fuzzy firsts in Motherhood, I'm here to help you remember your best years. I wanted to create something luxurious for my moms; a photography experience where you can just show up and I do the rest. My biggest concerns about taking family pictures is always what to wear and what poses to choose. We want to match without looking like we tried to match and we want to choose poses that don't look posed. Kyla not only dressed our entire family, but the entire photoshoot felt so natural. She knew exactly how to pose us. Her style is so elegant, yet whimsical, all of the shots were so fluid and so perfectly captured "us".

I had a maternity session with Kyla at 37 weeks with my one-and-a-half-year-old son and husband. Being this far along with my pregnancy finding myself ‘beautiful’ has been a struggle. Without knowing our backstory, Kyla quickly made me feel truly beautiful. She gave us so many compliments and made sure that each pose she guided us into was one that I was comfortable being in. My favorite part of the session was seeing my son, Asher, be natural. Kyla is not only excellent at being welcoming and making you truly feel great about yourself-she is professional and prepared.

Kyla took wonderful photos for our family. Our little one ( about 1 year old) is shy, and I was afraid that he would not laugh before camera. Kyla made my worry unnecessary. Her photos are vivid, and both the photo composition and the colors are perfect.
